Members of the Long Island Congressional Delegation will participate in a Long Island Association (LIA) Executive Breakfast: “What Long Island Should Expect from Washington” on Monday, March 1, 2010 at the LIA headquarters in Melville.
Confirmed Legislators to date include: Congressman Gary Ackerman, 5th District of NY; Congresswoman Carolyn McCarthy, 4th District of NY; Congressman Steve Israel, 2nd District of NY; and Congressman Timothy Bishop, 1st District of NY.
Topics of discussion to include: small business job creation, national security, health care, and more. The delegation will address members and guests of the LIA followed by an open mic Q&A session moderated by LIA President Matthew T. Crosson.
